George Bjorvik is a Los Angeles-based composer and guitarist from Louisville, Kentucky. He has written and orchestrated for a wide range of films across multiple genres, as well as for several advertising houses and scoring libraries. In 2016 he orchestrated for the film musical Thanksgiving the Musical! by Tyler Reeves. In addition to composing for AudioBrew, George also works as a contract composer and music editor for Lunacy Productions and is presently writing the original score for their first podcast, TWENTY, which marks 20 years since the 9/11 attacks.
George is also a concert music composer and has had pieces performed by the NYU Symphony and the JACK Quartet.
George graduated Summa Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music with a B.M. degree in Film Scoring. He also holds a M.M. in Scoring for Film and Multimedia from NYU Steinhardt.
